Rank Issue

Since we are starting to fill up on members I am clearing everyone who has applied for a rank but hasn't been approved yet. Form now on if you apply for a rank and have been accepted you have 3 days to post your application. This can be a WIP (work in progress) or finished, either way is fine.

For you WIP people, you need to post every 7 days that you are still editing your topic. If you do not your application will be deleted and you rank will be forfeited. If you come back to the site and wish your rank to be back it will be given back to you without being tested if it is not taken by someone else. If it is taken by someone else than thats too bad, apply for another rank.

Also, all ranked members (Captains, Espada, etc.) are now required to make atleast 1 post every week in the RP sections. The only exception of this rule is if you have said you will be gone for an extended period of time in the Absences section. If you fail to make this post per week cap, your rank will be removed and you will be demoted. This should get the site going on the RP section of the forum.
